    There were a few hardy photographers present along with shed staff and support crews, I was there with No9. With all the fun over with and the photos taken, it was time to put the camera away and get back to work, I had an A4 to prepare!!
    The next day dawned beautiful and clear, what a contrast to the previous day. No19 is lit by the morning sun as it backs down to the water crane by the tunnel mouth to take water and gain permission to run down to the station for its first train of the day. 29/3/08
    Also present at the gala is the NRM's immensely popular V2 2-6-2 4771 "Green Arrow". Here it is about to burst from the tunnel with the 1040 Grosmont departure to Pickering.
