Half the day has gone and this is the first working of the class 20's. 20007 leads 20142 off the common at Wurzell's crossing with 2N12 1215 from Swanage to Norden. They have the road into the up loop.
20007 is in BR green livery with a small yellow warning panel, while 20147 wears the colours and details of London Transport.
The sun favours the west side of the station and lit perfectly 20007 and 20147 head out with the Pullman coach behind the locos. This was the only train the pair worked on the Sunday as they left the railway at 1525 with the 4TC set on a railtour to Kensington Olympia with 73136 on the back.
