2009 Swanage Railway Diesel Gala rd

Every year on the first weekend after the May Bank Holiday, the Swanage Railway hosts its now famous diesel gala and beer festival. Wall to wall diesel action with visiting locos and the home fleet mixed in with a beer festival.     The up home is off for 20107 to enter the station loop for its station stop. Right in front is School Crossing and a very popular spot for photographers.
    With the station work completed and tokens exchanged, 20107 gets away with the short run to Norden. This fine view of the station will be lost in coming years as the trees in the foreground grow taller.
