An invitation by a member of staff at the Forth Road Bridge to go to the top of the North Tower was NOT to be passed over. So my team Sergeant and myself were escorted up the 500 foot tower for a lofty view of the Firth of Forth. 18/4/2004

It was an exhillerating experience to go up the  tower and one that would not be possible now.
