The earlier seen pair of class 92 locos had gone and another pair has drawn up. 92023 and 92013 had brought in a train from France about 15 minutes previously and left it further down the yard.
Next day and the weather was just as murky. So I left Folkestone and drove to Lydd on the off chance something would be at the Dungeness Power station loading point.......Bingo!! DRS type 3's 37609 and 37602 have worked in as 6O62 0519 MFX Willesden to Dungeness empty flask. I asked the driver what time the train was due off and he said he wasn't allowed to tell me. I wasn't going to hang about for the 5pm time on Freightmaster.
Moving on and I found a delightful little station called Salfords and with the evening rush hour kicking off, the mkI stock come out to play. Class 423 EMU 4 VEP's 3483 and 3581 pass through non stop with 1C69 1520 Horsham to London Victoria.
