    A close up of the Border Tartan heading up river. 20 minutes later it was heading back out to sea.
Border Tartan is a double hulled oil tanker delivered in January/February 2005.  It is 79.85 metres long, with a beam of 17 metres and draws 4.5 metres of water.  It weighs in at 4,975 tonnes loaded.
    First ScotRail service 2G12 1526 Cowdenbeath to Edinburgh is formed by a class 170 Turbostar and is running about 6 minutes late as it heads south.
    Another class 2 local working, 2G61 1550 Edinburgh to Edinburgh via the clockwise Fife Circle, heads slowly north.
