An up working comes round the curve with 170452 forming 1B14 0453 Inverness to Edinburgh via Aberdeen. It had been a cracking hour but now was the time to head home as I needed the loo!!
Later in the day and I'm back out for the evening workings. 158722 with 158711 are still paired from this morning and now they form 1L04 1704 off Dundee to Edinburgh seen at Kirkfortharfues.
170394 climbs to the summit at Lochmuir with 1L62 1727 from Dundee to Edinburgh. Surprisingly this train is not strengthened with another unit.
