A few minutes later and sister unit 170452 heads for Edinburgh with 1L62 1130 from Dundee.
The once familiar sight of the front end of a class 47 or Brush type 4 loco. 47786 puts out the clag from its Sulzer 12LDA28C 2,580hp powerplant despite only having seven bogies on the drawbar.
