Turning round for the going away shot. On arrival at Inverness the train will recess for a few hours before heading on to Georgemas for unloading. The pipes will then be taken by road the short distance to the plant where they are welded together and floated out to sea for final placement.
On the drive home I noticed the train was held just outside Ladybank possibly for a late running service off the Newburgh branch, so I headed for Collessie Den to get another bite of the cherry. Here 66100 brings its train out of the trees of Collessie Den and will pass below the road over bridge. 31/8/10
