    Deltics were notorious for producing a white exhaust, due to the way the Napier engine operated in a two stroke fashion.
    The loco has to go out beyond the station itself to clear the signals so it can be brought back in t platform 7.
    Out in the southern throat the exhaust from the powerplant at the south end of the loco is pushed high into the sky. The other engine exhaust is barely noticeable.
