  • OK, this is Liskeard which is in Cornwall and outwith the area of the title. But I just had to include this shot of BR blue 47840 making its station stop with 1M56 0846 Penzance to Manchester Piccadilly on 1st August. On Monday the 19th of August, it was all over. Virgin nominated this working to celebrate the end of its loco hauled services.
