    On the opposite side of the bridge is this view. Here 170477 departs with 2N50 1155 Stirling to Glasgow Queen Street and passes 170473 which has just got the road from signal SM48 and will run into the platform just vacated by 170477. The terminating train is 2N67 1119 Glasgow Queen Street to Stirling.
    A late running Edinburgh to Dunblane service passes the down home signals with SM82 pulled off for the road through the station along platform 2. 158721 forms 2P35 1103 Edinburgh to Dunblane local service.
    Crossing over the road bridge again to look north and First Group liveried 158725 and sister unit gathers speed away from Stirling with 2P84 1156 Dunblane to Edinburgh. 4/12/2006
