    In glorious late afternoon sun D182 comes in with the last full length Up train of the weekend, 1R16 1639 off Swanage. The class 46 Peak carries a 52A Gateshead shedplate below the headcode box.
    D182 gets away heading to Bridge 4, the end of an absolutely fantastic diesel gala.
    The final photo of the 2022 gala and 37703 passes the Up starters on the back of the last full length working. We didn't get to see the last few trains as we had to meet my sister at the Greyhound for a meal. The Swanage Railway Diesel Gala IS BACK!!
