2014 Swanage Railway Diesel Gala

Once more Ross and I venture south to sunny Dorset and a weekend of pure indulgence of wall to wall diesel traction on the Swanage branch at their annual Diesel Gala. Oh and also to see my parents, elder brother and loads of mates.....and drink some beer. Well it would be rude not to!!

    Moving to the south side of Corfe station, to Schools Crossing and 47292 drops down the 1 in 80 gradient off the common with six bogies on the drawbar.
    47292 approaches the up home with 2N16 1345 Swanage to Norden and has the road into the station.
